¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup whole-wheat all-purpose flour
2 cups hot water
Chicken:
2 tbsp chicken Bovril liquid
1 tbsp boeuf Bovril liquid
Boeuf:
3 tbsp beef Bovril liquid
Prepare the roux by mixing the melted butter and the flour. Slowly add hot water to roux, mixing thoroughly. Mix in the Bovril liquid.
Cook in microwave on high for 9 to 10 minutes, stirring very regularly.
